“ They’ve continued to make improvements to the Mermaid and it shows. Now they have a permanent outdoor tent that would be great for inclement weather. Service also improved with prompt seating from our reservation (a must in the summer) and immediate waters and server attention. The food also seems to have notched up over the last year (I enjoyed the flounder which was perfectly prepared and flavorful. I was bummed they’re were out of their house made spicy tequila, but the watermelon margarita was still excellent. My wife thought scallops were great! Make sure you come during sunset for the full experience. ”
